Corporate and event photography is available at 3500 for up to four hours or 5500 for up to eight hours.

Standard coverage may include event photography, executive and staff headshots, leadership or group portraits, speakers, presentations, awards, and candid moments, with high-resolution and web-ready files licensed for your organization’s website, social media, marketing, reports, advertising, and press use.

We will work closely with your team before the event to create a customized photography plan that supports your schedule and keeps coverage running smoothly. For events with tight timelines, we can coordinate directly with your communications, marketing, or event team to plan headshots, group portraits, key moments, and specific deliverables in advance, helping prevent delays or interruptions during the event.

The Sea + Spruce studio is also available for scheduled headshot pop-ins or makeup sessions for anyone who cannot be photographed during the main event. Customized quotes are available for shorter coverage, headshot-only projects, recurring content, multi-day events, or specific deliverables.
